The teacher introduced a variety of instruments, ranging from violins and guitars to flutes and clarinets. The class looked at the musical instruments, examined their construction, and tried to explain how certain musical instruments produce a sound. They also learnt about the difference between musical families — string, brass, woodwind and percussion — while considering how materials like wood, metal, and synthetic substances influence their tone and volume.
