The children achieved excellent results in the Olympiad held in December 2016.
At the ENS Mosfilm campus, four children—two kindergarten pupils and two Year 1 students attending a special mathematics course—took part in the Mathematics Olympiad. Just in time for the New Year, the results arrived: three children received First-Degree Diplomas and scored the maximum number of points; one child received a Third-Degree Diploma; and Larisa Yuryevna Aleksankina, a teacher in the Russian programme, received a letter of appreciation.
Stepan Matyukhin and Ekaterina Kebadze (Year 1) demonstrated the strong outcomes of the distance-learning format within the Russian school programme. Artyom Bakunenko and Nikita Frolov (pupils in the Russian school preparation classes) showed the success of bilingual education.
