Friendship Day at ENS

On 14 and 15 February, ENS campuses celebrated Friendship Day—one of the kindest holidays, timed to coincide with Valentine’s Day.

All campuses were beautifully decorated with garlands and heart-shaped balloons, and the traditional colours of the celebration were pink, white, and red.

At the ENS Dobrynya campus, many children brought gifts for their friends. For a while, pupils from the younger and older groups spent time together—forming a circle, dancing, and singing cheerful songs. Later, after splitting into age groups, the children made a variety of crafts: heart-shaped photo frames, friendship bracelets, and little vases with heart-flowers. They also played engaging games, made handprint art on a big heart, and baked cookies. After the fruit snack, everyone received greeting cards that the children had written for their friends the day before and placed into a special “mailbox” prepared for the occasion.

At the ENS Mosfilm campus, children from the younger groups also came dressed in the celebration’s traditional colours. They played fun games, made lovely Valentine’s cards, and created crafts for their dear friends.

On this day of love and friendship, all ENS campuses were filled with warmth and joy. The children talked about friendship, kindness, and caring for loved ones. They sang songs, played, and made crafts—and, most importantly, did it all together. Because friendship and love are what unite us—great values that help us become better, kinder, and stronger.
