Trip to the "Solyaris" Space Station

Children can experience space-themed attractions and watch spectacular interactive shows at the ARTPLAY Design Centre—and that is exactly where ENS pupils went in March.

On March 22, the Year 2 class from the ENS Mosfilm campus, and on March 28, the ESL and Year 1 classes from the ENS Karamyshevskaya campus, visited the interactive space-themed venue Solyaris as part of their “Inventors and Inventions” topic. It is a place where children can get closer to space and experience some of its unique features firsthand. Using the “Marsinator,” the children heard how their voices might sound on Mars, sent their drawings of animals to an imaginary planet, created volcano-like fire effects, and became “masters of lightning” with the help of a Tesla generator.

After exploring installations dedicated to fascinating facts about space, the group faced real challenges—a “black hole” and a mirror maze—but the ENS space expeditions completed them with flying colours!
